Private residence services

Services are governed by a written proposal defining scope, scheduling, fees, third-party costs, cancellations, and responsibilities.

Academy accounts

You are responsible for using the same email associated with your purchase, protecting your password, and keeping your private activation link confidential. Course access is personal and may not be shared. We may suspend access connected to fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, or a refunded purchase.

Educational materials

Academy lessons, recipes, videos, PDFs, templates, and downloads are licensed to the purchaser for personal use. They may not be copied, republished, resold, shared, or redistributed.

Food and professional responsibility

Pastry students remain responsible for food safety, allergens, permits, and local business requirements. Private-service students remain responsible for employer policies, contracts, laws, and professional judgment.
